Hot Smoked Kahawai

Fresh Kahawai, cut and filleted to a time honoured tradition, brined overnight in Salt and Raw Sugar in the chiller then placed in the smoker. About 2 hours of Manuka and Cherrywood, cooked to a perfect temperature. Eat as is, on crackers, in a Fish Pie...healthy as.

Mango & Peach Salmon Filo

Delicate filo pastry wrapped around Fresh Salmon, Mango & Peach Chutney, and Cream Cheese filling, garnished with cumin seeds — an elegant and easy crowd-pleaser straight from our kitchen. As the Filo is pre-cooked, simply reheat in the oven or air fryer to serve hot.
